BBC Live is the broadcast service through TV and BBC apps of live events such as live sports, concerts, ceremonies, etc.

As part of their continuous user research, I was asked to bring to life their consumer segments in the form of illustrated personas and recreate a series of scenarios showing people experiences , challenges and needs when watching live TV.
